Message from our company president
I'm Carl Rogers - thank you for visiting my website. Prior to starting Sasquatch Property Services, I worked for over 20 years in the construction, real estate and environmental industry. I have personally completed thousands of building and environmental inspections ranging from single family homes to apartment complexes, industrial factories and shopping malls. In addition to a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from Michigan State University and an MBA from University of Michigan - Flint, I maintain certifications as an International Association of Certified Home Inspectors Certified Professional Inspector, Asbestos Contractor Supervisor, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Management Planner, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, Mold and Lead. I believe it is important to consistently update knowledge and expertise in one's field. I strive to only hire staff and subcontractors that believe the same and take the utmost pride in their work. I also strongly believe that business should be built on client relationships, not just transactions. I make sure time is taken during inspections to help you understand findings and provide tips on proper maintenance. I also always welcome clients to call with any questions that may arise, not just during our transaction, but at any time in the future that you have home or building related questions. My business is built on professionalism, relationships and referrals.
